Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flourscooped and leveled
1cupsugar
¼tspsalt
¼tspbaking powder
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
8tbsp1 stick butter
¼cupchocolate chipsfor melting
1tspvanilla extract
2eggs
10ozjar of maraschino cherriesdrained and halved
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
¾cupsweetened condensed milknot evaporated milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
Melt butter and ¼ cup chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
Add melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla to the dry mix and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Top with halved cherries, then chocolate chips, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
Bake for 28–30 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely and let set overnight before cutting.
