Fudgy M&Ms Brownies
M&Ms Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate brownies topped with colorful M&M’s, baked thick and chewy with a soft, gooey center.

Ingredients

all purpose flour

Dutch process cocoa powder sifted

cup
granulated sugar
½
cup
brown sugar

large eggs room temperature

cup
unsalted butter
6
ounces
dark chocolate
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
salt

M&M’s
Instructions
Melt butter, chocolate, and sugars in a double boiler, then cool briefly.
Whisk in eggs one at a time until glossy.
Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.
Gently fold in flour just until combined.
Pour batter into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
Scatter M&M’s evenly over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until set with a gooey center.
Cool completely before slicing.
