4halibut fillets6 oz each
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
¼cupbreadcrumbs
2clovesgarlicminced
2tbspmelted butter
1tbspolive oil
1tsplemon juice
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
1tbspchopped parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until crumbly.
Place halibut fillets on the sheet and pat dry with paper towels.
Spoon the mixture over each fillet, pressing lightly so it sticks.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and the crust is golden brown.
