Instructions
Prepare the marinade by whisking soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl until glossy and fragrant.
Place cod fillets in a shallow dish and coat with half the marinade. Refrigerate for 15β20 minutes. Reserve the remaining marinade for glazing.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, adding a little oil if needed. Cook the cod for 3β4 minutes per side, until opaque and flaky.
Pour in the reserved marinade and let it bubble for 1β2 minutes, spooning it over the fish as it thickens into a glaze.
