Ingredients
¾cupwarm water at about 110°F
2¼teaspoonsactive dry yeast
1teaspoonsugar
2cupsall purpose flour
1teaspoonsalt
¼cupolive oildivided
2clovesgarlicfinely minced
1½tablespoonsfresh rosemaryfinely chopped
½teaspoonflaky sea salt
Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar, then let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour and salt, mix into sticky dough, then stir in olive oil.
Cover and let dough rise 45 minutes until doubled and airy.
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease muffin tin with olive oil.
Divide dough into cups, filling about ¾ full.
Mix olive oil, garlic, and rosemary, then spoon over dough and press dimples.
Sprinkle salt and bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
