10mozzarella cheese sticksstring cheese, cut in half for 20 pieces
10slicesdeli hamthinly sliced, regular or smoked
1cupall-purpose flour
2large eggs
2tbspmilk
2cupsbreadcrumbsItalian seasoned or plain, with seasoning added
½cupgrated Parmesan cheeseoptional, for extra flavor in breading
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsppaprika
Salt and black pepperto taste

Instructions
Unwrap mozzarella sticks, cut in half, and wrap each piece with deli ham to add flavor and keep cheese from leaking.
Prepare a breading station with seasoned flour, an egg-milk wash, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
