Healthy Easter Dirt Cake Casserole

Easter Dirt Cake Casserole is a no bake dessert made with crushed Oreos, creamy vanilla pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and whipped topping, finished with festive Easter candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup pastel colored candy-coated chocolates
  • ½ cup mini Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and reserve ½ cup for topping.
  • Press remaining crumbs evenly into a 9×13 inch dish to form the base.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick and let sit 5 minutes.
  • Fold pudding into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  • Spread filling evenly over the Oreo base.
  • Top with reserved crumbs, mini Oreos, and pastel candies.
  • Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
