Hearty Savory Beef Dirty Rice
A hearty one-pot Cajun classic made with ground beef, vegetables, rice, and bold spices perfect for a cozy weekend dinner.

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef for 5–7 minutes until browned; drain fat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and celery; cook 3–5 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute.
Stir in uncooked rice; toast 1–2 minutes.
Mix in paprika, thyme, Cajun seasoning, pepper, and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook 18–20 minutes without lifting the lid.
Remove from heat, rest 5 minutes, fluff with a fork, garnish, and serve.
