Ingredients
For the Dish
1lbsteakribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon, cut into bite-sized pieces
12ozshell pasta
3tbspbutter
3clovesfresh garlicminced
1 ½cupsheavy cream
1cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
1tbspolive oil
Salt and pepperto taste
2tbspchopped fresh parsleyoptional
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, reserving ½ cup water.
Season and sear steak 2–3 minutes per side; keep warm.
Sauté garlic in butter, add cream and Parmesan, season.
