Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake cubed
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 can pie filling or fruit topping optional
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tub whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • Caramel or berry sauce for drizzle
  • Extra berries and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Whisk pudding mix with milk, then fold in sour cream.
  • Layer cake, berries, and pudding; repeat.
  • Top with whipped topping, drizzle sauce, and garnish.
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
