Ingredients
Bagels: 2 plain bagelssliced in half (4 halves total)
Sauce: 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
Cheese: 3 to 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Protein: 16 slices pepperoni
Optional Toppings: sliced olivessliced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced red onions, diced tomatoes
Instructions
Heat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
Slice bagels in half. Optional: toast in air fryer for 3 minutes for extra crunch.
Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce over each half, edge to edge.
Add mozzarella, 4 pepperoni slices, and any extras (olives, peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes).
