Medjool dates
½
cup
ricotta cheese
¼
cup
chopped pistachios

tbsp
honey plus more for drizzling
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Pinch
of cinnamon optional
Instructions
Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits, keeping them intact.
Mix ricotta, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
Spoon the ricotta mixture into each date.
Top with chopped pistachios and gently press to stick.
Arrange on a platter and drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately or chill before enjoying.
