Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220°C/430°F and place a tray inside to heat, ensuring a crisp flatbread base.
In a small bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Warm for 10–20 seconds in the microwave or gently on the stove, stir well, and let cool slightly. Adjust heat to taste.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread, then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives. Add a few extra cheese slices over the pepperoni to prevent curling.
Carefully transfer the flatbreads to the preheated tray and bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are lightly charred and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the prepared hot honey. Serve immediately and store any leftover honey in a jar for later use.
