4bonelessskinless chicken breasts
3tablespoonshot honey
½cupcrumbled feta cheese
1tablespoonfresh thyme leaves
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry, then rub with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Lower heat, drizzle hot honey, and baste for 1–2 minutes.
Transfer to a 375°F (190°C) oven and bake 10–12 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove, top with feta and thyme, and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
