4bonelessskinless chicken breasts
8ozcreamy brie cheesediced
1cupdried cranberries
2tbspfresh rosemarychopped
1tspgarlic powder
2tbspolive oil
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Lay chicken breasts flat and cut pockets without slicing through.
Mix diced brie, dried cranberries, and chopped rosemary in a small bowl.
Stuff each chicken pocket with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Rub with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then bake 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
