1package14.3 oz Oreo cookies, about 36 cookies
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1 to 2teaspoonsIrish cream liqueur like Baileys or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for a non alcoholic option
12ozgreen candy melts or white chocolate with green food coloring
Assorted greenwhite, and orange sprinkles
Instructions
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin in a sealed bag.
Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and sticky.
Add Irish cream liqueur or vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
Scoop and roll into small balls, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill the truffles again for 15–20 minutes to hold their shape.
Melt green candy melts or white chocolate with green coloring until smooth.
Dip truffles into the coating, tap off excess, and place back on the tray.
Add sprinkles while still wet, then let set at room temp or chill until firm.
