Ingredients
3ripe bananas mashed
2cupsrolled oats old-fashioned, not instant
¼cuphoney or pure maple syrup
2large eggs
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla; mix until thick and combined.
Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
