Irresistibly Decadent Irish Cream Oreos are no bake truffles made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, lightly flavored with Irish cream and coated in a crisp green candy shell.

Ingredients
1package Oreo cookies14.3 ounces, about 36 cookies
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1 to 2teaspoonsIrish cream liqueur or vanilla extract
12ouncesgreen candy melts
Assorted greenwhite, and orange sprinkles
Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag.
Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and Irish cream liqueur or vanilla until smooth.
Wrap and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm.
Roll tablespoon sized portions into balls and place on parchment.
Chill the truffles for 15 to 20 minutes before dipping.
Melt green candy melts gently until smooth and glossy.
Dip truffles, let excess drip off, and add sprinkles right away.
Allow the coating to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
