Ingredients
4large russet potatoes
2cupscooked chickenshredded
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
¼cupranch dressing
2–3 jalapeñossliced
¼cupchopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash, peel, and cut potatoes. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Top fries with chicken, cheese, and bacon. Bake 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
