Juicy Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders
Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders are savory mini sandwiches layered with juicy seared steak, slathered in garlic-herb cowboy butter, and stacked into soft slider buns.

Ingredients
For the Sliders
1½ to 2
lbs
steak
ribeye, sirloin, or flank
Salt & black pepper
to taste

tablespoon
olive oil
Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
Optional: cheese slices
sautéed onions, arugula, pickles
For the Cowboy Butter
½
cup
unsalted butter
melted
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
½
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
½
teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Mix melted butter with garlic, mustard, herbs, and spices. Set aside.
Season steak with salt and pepper, let rest for 15 minutes.
Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side, rest 5 minutes, then slice thin.
Toast buns cut side down until golden.
Layer steak on buns, spoon cowboy butter, add toppings, and close.
Serve hot with extra cowboy butter for dipping.
