1package 16 oz fudge striped shortbread cookies
1bag 11 oz chocolate candy melts or semi sweet chocolate chips
1tablespoonbutter or shortening
1bag 10 oz large marshmallows
ΒΌcupgreen sanding sugar
1small tube yellow frosting or gel icing
Instructions
