Ingredients
1container 8 oz Cool Whip
8ozpineapple chunksdrained
2small cans mandarin orangesdrained
2tablespoonslemon Jello powder
3cupsmini pastel marshmallows
½cupmaraschino cherrieshalved, plus extra for garnish
Instructions
Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges well, then halve the maraschino cherries.
Fold lemon Jello powder into Cool Whip until evenly combined.
Add fruit and marshmallows, folding gently to keep the mixture fluffy.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour until set.
Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish if desired, and serve chilled.
