Light Easter Jello Fluff Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 container 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 8 oz pineapple chunks drained
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon Jello powder
  • 3 cups mini pastel marshmallows
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries halved, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  • Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges well, then halve the maraschino cherries.
  • Fold lemon Jello powder into Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  • Add fruit and marshmallows, folding gently to keep the mixture fluffy.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour until set.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish if desired, and serve chilled.
