Maple Bacon Carrots
Maple Bacon Carrots are tender roasted carrots wrapped in bacon and glazed with maple syrup for a balanced blend of savory and sweet.

Ingredients

peeled and less than ½ inch thick

thin sliced bacon
¼
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with foil, add a wire rack.
Wrap each carrot with one slice of bacon.
Arrange carrots on the rack with space between.
Bake 25 minutes until bacon starts to crisp.
Brush carrots with maple syrup.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes more until glazed and crisp.
