For the Sauce: 1 cup pizza sauce
For the Topping: 8 slices mozzarella cheeseor vegan cheese for a dairy-free version
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly flour your work surface, roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle, and cut out 8 mini rounds with a cutter or glass.
Arrange the rounds on the prepared sheet and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each, leaving a small border.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges turn lightly golden and the tops begin to bubble.
While baking, cut ghost shapes from the mozzarella slices using a paring knife or cookie cutter.
Remove the pizzas, place a ghost cheese shape on each, and bake for 4–5 more minutes until the cheese melts but keeps its shape.
Let cool briefly, then serve warm with gooey cheese and a crisp crust.
