1tsppure vanilla extract
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1scoop protein powderoptional
2tbspchopped nuts or seeds
Handful of mini chocolate chipsoptional
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth.
Stir the mixture into a bowl with cocoa powder and optional protein powder until thick and brownie-like.
Fold in nuts, seeds, or mini chocolate chips if using.
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined sheet.
Refrigerate 1 hour or freeze 30 minutes to set.
