No-Bake Grinch Christmas Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 72 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 32 oz Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
  • Neon green food coloring adjust for color
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract optional
  • Red heart sprinkles or red candies for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and chill.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, and mix until fluffy.
  • Fold in Cool Whip, green food coloring, and mint extract. Spread over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Chill for 4 hours or until set, then top with red candy hearts before serving.
