36Oreo cookiesregular, not Double Stuf
8ozcream cheesesoftened
16ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips or candy meltsfor coating
Christmas-themed sprinklescrushed candy canes, or colored sanding sugar (for decoration)
Optional: White chocolate chips for drizzling
Instructions
Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
Blend with softened cream cheese until smooth and uniform.
Scoop with a tablespoon and roll into 1-inch balls, then place on a parchment-lined sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.
Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each chilled ball with a fork or toothpick, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment.
While still wet, decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Allow to harden at room temperature or in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.
