½cupcoconut yogurt
½cupalmond milkor any milk of your choice
1tablespoonagave or maple syrupoptional
½teaspoonvanilla extract
A handful of ice cubesif using fresh peaches
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
Instructions
Peel and chop fresh peaches into chunks, or use frozen peaches for a thicker, chilled smoothie.
Add peaches, coconut yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and optional sweetener to a blender. Include ice cubes if using fresh peaches and chia or flax seeds for extra nutrition.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness with additional agave or maple syrup if desired, then blend briefly to mix.
Pour into glasses, garnish with a peach slice or chia seeds, and enjoy immediately. For a fun twist, freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and re-blend for a slushy texture.
