Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies are chewy oat cookies made on the stovetop with peanut butter and candy pieces. They set quickly at room temperature and require no baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 ½ cups quick cook oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cups Reese’s Pieces candy

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan, bring to a full rolling boil, and boil exactly 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Mix in quick oats and Reese’s Pieces until thick and fully combined.
  • Drop tablespoon portions onto parchment paper quickly before the mixture firms.
  • Let cookies set about 20 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
