¼cup60 ml honey
¼cup30 g chopped walnuts
A handful of arugula leaves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet, or place flatbread directly on the sheet.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the base, spreading gently to prevent sticking.
Arrange thin pear slices in slightly overlapping rows to cover the base evenly.
Scatter crumbled Gorgonzola over the pears, keeping the amount balanced.
Bake 15–20 minutes until the base is golden, crisp, and the cheese is melted; pears should be tender.
Remove from oven, drizzle honey over the flatbread, sprinkle chopped walnuts, add arugula, and finish with freshly cracked black pepper. Slice and serve warm.
