Pork Patties
1lbground pork
¼cupfinely chopped fresh basil
4garlic clovesminced
3green onionsfinely chopped
1Tbspfish sauce
1 to 2tspsriracha
1Tbspsugar
2tspcornstarch
1tspfreshly cracked black pepper
1tspkosher salt
Sriracha Mayo
½cupmayonnaise
2green onionsfinely chopped
2tspsrirachaplus more to taste
Burger Assembly
2tsptoasted sesame oiloptional
4brioche bunstoasted
½cupquick pickled vegetablesdrained
¼cuproughly chopped cilantro
1jalapeñothinly sliced, optional
2Persian cucumberssliced
Instructions
Combine pork with seasonings and form into 4 patties.
Mix mayonnaise with sriracha and green onions; chill.
Cook patties in sesame oil over medium heat until browned and done.
Toast the brioche buns lightly.
Spread sauce, add toppings and patties, assemble, and serve.
