Ingredients

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Crispix cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine the cereals, pretzels, and pecans in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in brown sugar and salt.
  • Bring to a gentle boil and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the warm praline mixture over the cereal mix and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread it on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 10 minutes.
  • Stir, then bake for another 45 minutes, stirring twice more until golden and fragrant.
  • Cool completely on the pan, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
