Ingredients
1½cupspeanut butter or allergy-friendly substitute
¾cupprotein powder90 g
¼cuppure maple syrup or honey
½tspsalt
4ozmelted chocolate chipsoptional for coating
Instructions
Combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt in a mixing bowl until a thick dough forms.
If it’s too dry, add a little maple syrup or water until smooth.
Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan or shape it into individual bars.
For a chocolate topping, melt chocolate chips with a bit of oil until smooth, then spread over the top.
Chill for about an hour, or until firm. Lift from the pan, slice into bars, and store in an airtight container.
