36Oreo cookies
8ozcream cheesesoftened
12ozorange candy melts
Mini pretzel sticksfor stems
Leaf icing decorationsoptional, for garnish
Instructions
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crumbled, then mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
Scoop into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet; chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
Use a toothpick to score vertical lines around each ball to resemble pumpkins, then chill for another 10 minutes.
Melt the orange candy melts in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and glossy.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy, shake off excess, and place back on the sheet.
Add a small pretzel stick as a stem and a leaf decoration while the coating is still wet.
Refrigerate until the coating is fully set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
