Red Velvet Valentine’s Day Cinnamon Rolls are tender, lightly chocolatey rolls filled with cinnamon sugar and finished with a smooth cream cheese glaze, made especially festive for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients
For the dough:
1cupwarm milk
2 ¼tspactive dry yeast
½cupgranulated sugar
¼cupunsalted buttermelted
2large eggsroom temperature
4cupsall‑purpose flour
1tspsalt
2tbspcocoa powder
2tspred food coloring
For the filling:
1cupbrown sugarpacked
3tbspground cinnamon
¼cupunsalted buttersoftened
For the cream cheese glaze:
4ozcream cheesesoftened
¼cupunsalted buttersoftened
1 ½cupspowdered sugar
1tspvanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk
For decoration:
Heart sprinkles
Instructions
Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar until foamy, combine with remaining dough ingredients, knead until smooth, then cover and let rise until doubled.
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until spreadable.
Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, slice into 12 pieces, place in a greased dish, and let rise until puffy.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden, then cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and thin with milk until smooth.
Spread glaze over warm rolls, add heart sprinkles, and serve.
