⅔cupmelted butter
1⅓cupsgranulated sugar
1cuplight brown sugar
4large eggs
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1cupcreamy or chunky peanut butter
2cupsall-purpose flour
2teaspoonsbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
½cupReese’s Pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line the pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, both sugars, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and salt.
Whisk flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly in the pan, top with Reese’s Pieces, and bake for 30–35 minutes until set but still slightly soft in the center.
Cool for 30 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.
