Ingredients
3cupsself rising flour
1½cupsripe mashed bananas
1cupcreamy peanut butter
1½cupschopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
½cupgranulated sugar
½cuplight brown sugar
3large eggs
½cupbutter softened
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
¾cupGreek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two loaf pans.
Beat butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and sugars until creamy.
Mix in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Alternate mixing in flour and yogurt just until combined.
Fold in mashed bananas and chopped Reese’s gently.
Divide batter evenly between pans.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool briefly in pans, then transfer to a rack before slicing.
