Ingredients
3heads garlic
1teaspoonolive oil
1package cream cheese 8 oz softened
1½cupsmozzarella cheese hand shredded
½cupparmesan cheese
¼cupfresh parsley chopped
¼cupmayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2tablespoonsgarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F, cut the tops off the garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and season.
Wrap in foil and roast for about 60 minutes until soft, then squeeze out the cloves.
Mix the roasted garlic with cream cheese, cheeses, seasonings, parsley, and mayonnaise.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with reserved mozzarella.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly, broiling briefly if needed.
Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
