19-ounce package oyster crackers
2sticks1 cup unsalted butter
1cupbrown sugar
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
½teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spreading oyster crackers evenly.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; stir and boil 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour caramel over crackers, stir gently to coat, and sprinkle with salt.
Transfer coated crackers to the baking sheet and bake 7–9 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
