Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts
1cupfeta cheesecrumbled
½cuphoney
¼cupolive oil
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoonred pepper flakesor to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsleychopped for garnish
1lemonsliced for serving
Instructions
Whisk honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust.
Marinate chicken 30 minutes–4 hours in the fridge, ensuring it's well-coated.
Mix crumbled feta with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional dill or basil.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place chicken in dish, top with feta, and bake 25–30 minutes until 165°F (75°C).
Broil 2–3 minutes for extra color, watching closely.
