Ingredients
1small head cabbage sliced into ½ inch rounds
2tablespoonsolive oil
1poundground beef or turkey
½cupfinely chopped onion
2clovesgarlic minced
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1large egg optional
½cupshredded cheese optiona
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice cabbage into ½ inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
Mix ground meat with onion, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and egg if using.
Shape meat into patties and place on top of cabbage rounds.
Bake for 25 minutes until cabbage is tender and patties reach 160°F.
Top with cheese and broil 3 to 5 minutes until melted.
