Savory Parmesan and Spinach Cheese Twists Recipe
Flaky, golden puff pastry twists filled with garlicky spinach and melted cheese perfect for tea time or as a light savory snack.

Ingredients

sheet puff pastry
thawed

cup
fresh spinach
finely chopped

cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
½
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
1
egg
beaten
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Lightly flour a surface and roll thawed puff pastry to smooth creases.
Mix spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread filling on half the pastry, fold over, and cut into 1-inch strips.
Twist each strip and place on the sheet with space between.
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake 15–20 min until puffed, golden, and crisp.
Cool 3–4 min, serve warm.
