Smashburger Quesadillas
Smashburger quesadillas combine juicy seasoned beef, melted cheese, and crispy tortillas for a quick, handheld meal that’s as fun as it is satisfying.

Ingredients

lb
ground beef
Salt
pepper, garlic powder (to season)

large flour tortillas
1
cup
shredded cheddar or American cheese
Optional: pickles
diced onions, burger sauce for serving
Instructions
Warm a skillet over medium-high heat.
Press about 3 oz ground beef onto one half of a tortilla and flatten with a spatula.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook beef side down 2–3 minutes until browned.
Flip, sprinkle with cheese, and let melt.
Fold tortilla in half and grill 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Slice into wedges and serve with pickles, onions, or burger sauce.
