2 ¾cupsall-purpose flour
1cupunsalted buttersoftened
1 ½cupswhite sugar
1egg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonalmond extract
1 ½cupsfestive sprinkles
1teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing until smooth.
Gradually combine with the dry mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
Gently fold in sprinkles. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers set.
Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
