Ingredients
1½cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
1cupsweetened condensed milk divided
2tablespoonsbutter divided
1½cupswhite chocolate chips
½teaspoonpeppermint extract
Green food coloring as needed
¼cupmint chips or green sprinkles optional
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat until smooth. Spread into the pan and chill for 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate chips, remaining condensed milk, and butter until smooth, then stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
Spread the mint mixture over the chilled chocolate layer and add sprinkles if using.
Chill for at least 2 hours, then lift out and slice into squares.
