1poundlarge shrimppeeled and deveined
1cupfresh pineapplecut into bite-sized chunks
½cupsweet chili sauce
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonolive oil
2garlic clovesminced
1teaspoongrated ginger
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Marinate shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15–30 minutes in the fridge.
Cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks; drain well if using canned.
