1cuppineapple juice
½cupcrushed pineapple with juice
½cuprice vinegar
½cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonssoy sauce
2tablespoonssweet chili sauce
1tablespooncornstarch
2tablespoonscold water
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonred pepper flakesoptional
Instructions
Combine pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until flavors meld and sauce begins to bubble.
Whisk cornstarch and cold water, then gradually stir into simmering sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and serve as a dip, glaze, or drizzle.
