19ozfrozen cheese tortellinicooked al dente
8slicescooked baconcrumbled
1cuphalved grape tomatoes
½cupchopped red onion
⅓cupsliced or chopped pepperoncini peppers
⅓cupgrated Parmesan cheese
For the dressing
1cupmayonnaise
2tbspred wine vinegar
1tspdried oreganoor 1 tbsp fresh, finely chopped
1tspgarlic powder
1tspdried Italian herbs
½tspcrushed red pepper
½tspsalt
Instructions
Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
Boil tortellini until al dente, rinse with cold water, and let cool.
Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, Italian herbs, crushed red pepper, and salt into a creamy dressing.
Add cooled tortellini, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, and Parmesan to the dressing and toss gently.
