4chicken thighsboneless, skin-on
½cupcoconut milk
1tbspcurry powder

Salt and sugar to taste
½cuprice flour or cornstarch
Oil for frying
¼cupThai chili sauce
2tbspmayonnaise or yogurt
1small cucumberthinly sliced

Instructions
Marinate chicken in coconut milk, curry powder, garlic, ginger, salt, and sugar.
