Ingredients
12–16 pieces frozen ravioliany filling you like
1cupbreadcrumbsItalian seasoned recommended
½cupgrated Parmesan cheeseoptional but adds flavor
2eggsbeaten (or non-dairy milk substitute)
Cooking spray or olive oil drizzle
Marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In one bowl, whisk the eggs, and in another, mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan.
Dip each frozen ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick.
For air fryer: Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray and place ravioli in a single layer. For oven: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and arrange ravioli evenly.
Cook until golden and crisp—10 to 12 minutes in the air fryer or 15 to 20 minutes in the oven, flipping halfway for even browning.
